The Blond Keel Streamer is a variant of the original Joe Brooks pattern called the blond. It is tied on a keel hook which affords for a large profile fly that swims quick. 

The pattern utilizes an old stock keel hook in size 2. Of note the fly utilizes Jack “Gartsides Secret Stuff”.
